Processing & Dispatch
All artworks are carefully prepared for shipment once an order is confirmed. Processing times may vary depending on the nature of the artwork and whether additional services, such as bespoke framing, have been selected.
Unframed artworks: Typically dispatched within 4-7 working days
Framed artworks: Please allow additional time for production and dispatch

Packaging
All artworks are professionally packaged using industry-standard materials to ensure protection during transit. Prints are shipped flat or rolled (where appropriate), and framed works are securely boxed with protective padding.

Customs & Import Duties

Framed Orders
If framing is selected, delivery times will increase due to the bespoke nature of the service. We will contact you if additional time is required.
Tracking & Insurance
Where available, all shipments are sent with tracking. Artworks will be insured during transit for added peace of mind.
Delivery Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your artwork arrives damaged or there is a delivery issue, contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographs so we can assist you promptly.
